Our Story
Established in 2019…
What started as just an office (that was often mistaken as a closet) grew into a petite local studio space. Flash forward 8 months of hard work, high hopes, and perseverance and we now have a lovely home right on Central Square in Keene, NH.
We feel really strongly about wellness in all aspects: mental, physical, emotional, and creative. We strive to bring joy to peoples lives through self-care, movement and positivity. Everglow Wellness is an intimate and sophisticated fitness boutique offering Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Strength Training and Zumba in small and medium sized groups. We also have Massage Therapy, Holistic Women’s Care, mental health workshops, art classes and more. In our fun, friendly, and judgement free space we are committed to you and your health.
