Workplace Wellness Initiatives, Pop-Up Classes, Workplace Retreats and more!


 

The role of our Community Outreach Program is to promote wellness, self-care, and a healthy lifestyle by establishing relationships with local businesses to provide a variety of classes, workshops, and educational opportunities to encourage physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing for the members of the Monadnock Region community. 

What do we offer?  

  • Mindfulness Retreats: It can be hard to slow down in the busy world we live in. Our mindfulness retreats are here to help you and your group learn appropriate tools and strategies to slow down, reduce stress, and enjoy life in the present moment. 

  • Yoga Classes: Whether you are looking for relaxing stretches or an energetic hour of fun, yoga is the perfect way to connect and promote self-care.  Our classes are accessible to all ages and abilities.   

  • Pop-Up Fitness Events: Pilates, Zumba, Barre, Strength- the possibilities are endless!  We are here to give your group a fun fitness experience in the space of your choice. 

  • Wellness Workshops: Interested in learning more about exercise, nutrition, and other simple ways to better care for yourself?  Our wellness workshops can be customized to cater to you and your group's specific needs.

As a Certified Yoga Instructor and former public educator, I have dedicated myself to serving my community and supporting the people I connect with.  I have a passion for all forms of movement and mindfulness, and through guided instruction and self-exploration I strive to help my students find a greater appreciation and understanding of their mind, body, and spirit.
