STUDIO CLASSES
No-Shows: Customers that no-show to class will be charged a fee.
Unlimited Memberships and 6 Week Challengers: You will be charged a $20 fee.
Customers that Pay Per Class: You will not be refunded for your class pre-payment.
Package Holders and Memberships with a Class Limit: One class will be deducted.
Late Cancellations: Customers have up to 12 hours before class to cancel their class without being charged a fee. After the 12-hour mark please email us at info@everglow-wellness.com or message us through Vagaro.

PERSONAL TRAINING + SPA APPOINTMENTS
No-Shows: Customers that no-show to an appointment will be charged the full appointment price.
Late Cancellations: Customers have up to 24 hours before their appointment to cancel without being charged a fee. After the 24-hour mark please email us at info@everglow-wellness.com or message us through Vagaro.
6 Week Challengers: Of your 3 included Personal Training Sessions, we will re-schedule one session in total. Any other No-Shows and Cancellations of Personal Training appointments will result in a loss of those appointments.
WORKSHOPS
Workshops are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your spot please email us at info@everglow-wellness.com. If we cancel a workshop, we will immediately issue a refund.
MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships require a 30-day notice to be cancelled or paused. Please also note the time-frame of your membership - if it has a year or 3-month commitment you need to wait until then to submit your 30-day cancellation request.
