Pre + Post-Natal Yoga

What is it?
Private pre and post-natal yoga sessions are catered to meet the ever-changing needs of each individual woman in all the stages of pregnancy. Each session includes 60 minutes of safe, individualized mindful movement and breath work with a 1:1 Certified Pre-Natal Yoga Instructor.

Mommy & Me Yoga: Babies! (Ages 0-24ish Months)
A monthly class where mom’s gather to move, stretch, breathe and bond with their babies in a fun, friendly, and supportive environment.
Mommy & Me Yoga: Big Kids! (Ages 2ish - 8ish)
Come play, stretch, breathe, and have fun at Kids Yoga! Each class will include games, stories, breathing and movement to teach and encourage healthy habits in a safe and playful environment.
