Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

They're so good you can eat them for breakfast! Ashley has tried and tested this method and approves whole-heartedly!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Cups Peanut Butter (the good stuff!)

  • 1.5 Cups Sugar

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chip

  • 1 Cup Cashews

STEPS:

  • Mix all ingredients until fully blended. If the cookie dough seems a bit wet toss in a handful of oats and mix in!

  • Spoon onto an oiled cookie sheet and bake at 325 for about 12 minutes or until browned.

  • Feel free to add seeds, caramels, whatever sticks!
